This festival would not be possible without all our sponsors check them out. This year’s sponsors include:
Live Wire Sound sponsored the Main Street Stage this year and this is especially important to the festival.
Flint Energies graciously allows the use of their facilities for the Strawberry Cook-off, the Reynolds Woman’s Club Old Book Sale, the Fine Art Exhibit, and their bathroom facilities. In addition they allow their employees to participate in festival planning and preparation during the year. They are the proud sponsor of the Cook-Off event.
The City of Reynolds opens up their parks, streets, and hearts to welcome folks to our town. There is much behind the scene work to be done from cleaning streets, keeping the trash containers emptied, answering many phone calls and e-mails in the months prior to the festival, and providing security during the festival. All city employees and officials work together to do their part to make the festival a success.
Capital Burglar Alarm sponsored the Friday Night Gospel Fest again this year. They also provided an additional service of placing a festival brochure in 500 bills they mailed out.
The Classic Car Show in the park is only in its fourth year with the festival and it is growing. This event is very much enjoyed as spectators drool over the classic cars and listen to oldies playing on the juke box that is provided by Dunn’s Antiques. This event was sponsored in part by Specialty Power Windows.
Barrow Automotive is a faithful sponsor each year and is very much appreciated by the festival. They sponsor the increasingly popular lawn mower race.
Hamby Automotive provides many of those fine vehicles you see in the parade each year and they are a faithful sponsor.
Taylor County Drug Company has been a devoted supporter of the festival each year and we cherish their support. They sponsored the Easter Bunny Parade for the kiddies.
Georgia Power Company is a major sponsor and we couldn’t do it without them.
Blue Ribbon Foods have been a true supporter for several years and it is great to have them back again.
Verizon came on as a new major sponsor this year and they are already making plans to return next year due to their success here this year.
It is impossible to name all who pull together and contribute in some way to make the festival a success each year. We couldn’t have a Strawberry Festival without strawberries and we can always count on Taylor Orchards providing us with luscious strawberries. Much appreciation goes to the Festival Committee and Board for working year round to make plans for a successful festival as it doesn’t just happen over night. If you would like to be a part of the planning for next year’s festival plan to meet on Tuesday, May 24 at 7:00 p.m. at Flint Energies Auditorium. Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month and we need your input.
